The desktop app is easy to use and available for each website. This mobile app, on the other hand, was not. The little icon never worked and it was constantly asking me to allow the app permissions. My settings were set correctly to do so. I was tired of researching for a solution.

(Using Samsung S23 Ultra) LastPass went from being one of the best password managers to the absolute worst. Passwords are not saved correctly, even after double and triple checking. Autofill works about 10% of the time. It's essentially a useless app.

It's super unreliable and doesn't always pop up when needed to save new pw or auto fill old ones. For a paid service pretty unacceptable. I'm gonna look into switching to something else because this is so annoying.

Autofill keeps popping up whenever I click in a text box. Every time I click on google's search box, it assumes its a password field and prompts me to log into lastpass. I close it and go back to enter my search.. it pops up again. I had a lot of patience with this app and have seen no improvement. I will switch providers once my subscription runs out.

When the app works, it works well. Unfortunately, it has a mind of it's own. Many times, it doesn't auto fill app passwords, or enters blank password. I will copy the password and have to paste it in manually to log in. Other times, it fills in the password, but no username. Most times, the site name will pull up and disappear before I can select it, so I have to open this app to log in. Most recently, and most annoyingly, the app starts wanting me to login when in chat apps.

Member for years but it is now buggy. When filling in cc info it will grey out a field so impossible to enter and complete. Also would not let me get into an app as just kept wanting me to log into LastPass first over and over.
