I enjoy the ability to fully customize widgets. Coning from IOS, it's something I really enjoy. I haven't tried other apps to compare, but I've been able to make everything I've wanted. On the IOS "Widgy" app there is a discover page. I wish that was here as it gives me cool ideas that I can expand on. I wish the position of items was easier to understand and use. I don't understand the relative position and have to use trial and error to get things where I want.

Been using a widget I made personally in this app for 3 years and yes, theres no denying that it has very nice capabilities with the right skillset. But just because I opened the main KWGT app recently my widget broke, it would not let me set it back to the screen, and then all of the autosave data magically dissappeared. The only way I could restore it was by paying $6 so i could reimport my own widget!? Its ridiculous how you cant save your own work, I absolutely feel cheated here.

If you like being able to totally customize your home screen, then this is the app for you. Overall I'm really liking it, but right now, when I go to open the app, instead of showing me the available spaces, it just goes black. Not sure what's going on.

Good app and worth paying for it. What you will find is a nest of questions and a black hole for your time. Code is structured like Excel Formulas, but you need to track down info on how to use the parameters for many of the functions. What can you pimp out? Time/Date, a few alerts, music controls, weather, and basic statuses. Do not get this if you want to replicate all your uncustomizable widgets (Microsoft, Google, or any biz app). Edit: flexibility of what you can design is impressive!
