Installation
When unpacking the archive with the file, you will be prompted to enter a password
- Download the XAPK installation application, e.g, APKPure or File Manager .
- Open the downloaded XAPK installation application and locate the downloaded XAPK file.
- Follow the instructions in the application to install the XAPK file.
- Allow installation from unknown sources: Go to 'Settings' > 'Security' (or 'Biosecurity & Safety') > enable 'Unknown sources' or 'Install from unknown sources' for your browser or file manager. On newer smartphone models, permission is requested when the individual file is installed and no unnecessary steps need to be performed..
- Install the APK file by following the on-screen instructions.
- Restore security settings by disabling permission to install from unknown sources.

When you buy a ticket of a train already departed the app doesn't show you the delay, quite unfair to the customer
Bought a ticket and the train was cancelled back in April this year. The officer told I will receive a code for refund, no such thing happened and I wasn't able to file a request or complain before 30 days passed. After 30 days I submitted the claim. Soon it is going to be another 30 days - no action from italo. Extremely disappointing, loosing hope to get my money back
La maggior parte dei treni che prendo o che cerco per le info in tempo reale non li trova. Funzione assolutamente necessaria per un app per treni. Ultimo esempio Italo 9935.
Not delivering SMS codes for wi-fi internet onboard the train. Or, rather selectively delivering, it delivers to an Austrian phone number, but not to Croatian because I guess Croatia is not cool enough for Italians
Non funziona neanche la ricerca delle stazioni. Non so come inviare uno screenshot ma quando provo ad acquistare un biglietto e devo inserire la stazione di partenza, scrivo il nome della città (ad esempio Firenze) e non compare la lista delle stazioni. Quindi non posso procedere.
