I can't login my ICQ because update problem

Hi. I hope you doing good. Before I was using icq it was perfectly fine. But now I am unable to login. The messege appears number operator is not allowed . Kindly guide to resolve the issue. Best regard

Been great til new phone, tried to login it asks for ur phone number for the verification code and one never shows up. Disappointed because this was my skype replacement. Ill update if it works. Support hasnt been too helpful sadly. I know with everything going on overseas that it might be effecting services but i feel like there could be a better system in place?
