Good app for keeping in touch with family and friends, I do wish the chat controls were a little more intuitive, sending multiple photos at once and replying to comments, etc should be easier. My major complaint with this app is that it's not available for ipad, it really seems like this should be a no brainer but for some reason this still isn't a thing.

The best total communication app! No wonder Facebook paid so much for it. It crushes all other communication apps completely. I love Whatsapp. It's how I can stay in touch without a need of service. It runs rather smooth, as long as some type of internet is running, and has pretty nice reviews. Sometimes there are issues that I don't really like, and because of a need of service to many people, if it happens, I wouldn't rate it a 5. I'm rating it a 5 from my previous experiences, except I can't verify my phone number which means I can't use Whatsapp until I get service. But if not for that, I would strongly say 5s.

This is an outdated app with no cloud storage. All the data are saved to the phone instead of on a cloud storage. All the files are lost after a few days and you cannot download them again. You cannot edit or delete your messages without the receiver knowing. There is a 35MB limit on the size of the files you can send. More people should be abandoning this and using Telegram instead.

Ever since the last update, my notifications and calls pick random times not to show, so I end up missing important calls and texts and not knowing about it until AFTER I open up the app. Also, trying to connect with someone overseas is abysmal. Calls drop automatically and it buffers every 10 seconds. Fix this.

I can only use it on a single device. Web interface does not support calls. Audio quality on group calls is really bad. And the new information sharing with Facebook is the worst decision they made. All photos and videos shared with it are horribly low quality. Why is this THE messaging platform, I don't understand.

I only use this app to communicate with people when traveling overseas. There's never any point in using the Status....the videos have no sound if you shorten it or edit it in any way. And I usually have to shorten mine to make them fit. So I'll just continue using Snapchat stories instead and just using that app more in general. This one is the worst. I had reported the problem and they just closed the customer help chat without trying to fix anything or helping me at all.

Most annoying update ever : wonder why it scrolls to the bottom of the group and not allow me to read unread messages!!! When will whatsapp get a good feature to manage media. Miss the previous feature where I could select specific file types for groups and see the number of images clogging my gallery and then delete. The current storage management feature is pathetic and whatsapp doesn't seem to be doing anything to help manage storage!!!!

Will not load from my contacts list for a first time WhatsApp chat. I've tried syncing it with my contacts, no go. It wants to send everything through my Android Messages app. Which this contract doesn't use. What good is WhatsApp if either this "feature" doesn't work out it's too convoluted to just simply add a contact? Ridiculous. I've added contacts before as recently as 2 months ago but today it fails.

With The recent update my phone doesn't load pictures, I checked the settings nothing changed. After a week of missing out on important images in my volunteer group, just in case I cleared my entire phone image (eventhough i had 2GB of free space) I then un-installed and re-installed the app to see if that fixed the problem. That didn't fix anything!! I've sent whatsapp msgs to Whatsapp help chat; you'll never get a response from a live person it clearly is a bot scanning your msgs 😡😡😡😡😡
