Printer is one year old and NOT IN THE LIST. Unbelievable. "Can't find" printer that's 12 inches away and connected to my wifi. Useless app.

Never fails to be a terrible experience. Things should just work, but they rarely ever do. I had to rerun a file almost 20 times and restart the printer countless times before it finally printed. This is a VERY common occurrence and a waste of my time. Absolutely terrible.

Have tried for 3 hours to get my printer on line. Virtual chat worthless. Following instructions on printout no help. Gives instruction data that cannot be found in HP Smart app.

Can't scan any documents if not sign in,my printer don't want any account with HP!

Absolutely rubbish. Keeps signing me out and cannot connect to printers across family houses... Get notifications that you cannot get rid of.... Setting up printers is a horrible experience and maintaining that connection is horrendous.
