I know people have issues with Goldcar but I can honestly say I have had excellent service from them. Vehicle collection is generally quick and easy because I have used them so many times in the past. I always check the vehicle on collection for any unrecorded damages before leaving the airport.

great rates, however I am always a little too shy to close a deal, never understand if the well be a catch at the desk, as winter wheels extra charges and more. also interested in diesel cars, however not an option in the app

App works fine but user interface has a series of bugs/misplacements that makes the use if annoying sometimes.

Car reservation was not available through the app. I went to their office, the office was moved and there is no notice in the app, the app guided me to the old location. They refused to give me a car for less than seven days.

Goldcar is a scam. I returned the car just as I received it. After a couple of days and without any notice (!!), they charged me $192. I called the company, they claim I returned the car with some scratches. I told them to have a look to the contract as those scratches are marked on the contract since those very same scratches where already there when I received the car. The only answer I got was: " you didn't want to buy the insurance, now you have to pay!". Pure scam!

absolutely terrible ! ive booked we goldcar 11 times in the past but now when i try to book through the app it fails to complete the booking ! hopeless. very disappointing.

Stay away! They charge you for things completely unrelated to your contract and their link/web form to file a complaint leads you nowhere: "error - page does not exist". Poor customor service and purely money-oriented business! In sum: Terrible experience! Stay away!

app always crashes.. Needs some fixing, and it gets very annoying to restart the app when you are in a hurry or in the middle of a search

Worst car rental company ever. We were scammed in Málaga airport. In our contract clearly said that scratches smaller than 50mm won't need to be reported. They took from our bank account £320 for a 2.5mm scratch that we did not make. Still going through paperwork and legal claims to get our money back. Read their reviews on any platform before you decide to book any car with them. Avoid.

You will be tricked - they scam with discounts.They give you discount in app and then scam you to start payment.Payment is realized in full amount without discount and without disclosing it.I will report this to google. Customer care needs 10 days to say well for some tariffs we do not use discount, just simple financial scam.
