How to install Scooters Carousel

Кривое приложение. 20 минут не получалось пристегнуть самокаты на парковке. В итоге без тех поддержки так и не получилось сдать самокаты из аренды. За время попыток завершить аренду списана деньги. Опыт негативный
Много минусов, мало плюсов 1. Слабые самокаты, медленно набирают скорость, едут тихо. 2. Неудобно начинать прокат. Зачем обязательно бронировать? Видимо, чтобы побольше денег списать. 3. Запутывают при списании денег. У меня за 1 поездку на карте 6 транзакций разными частями 4. Неудобно завершать аренду: просто куча действий, пристегнуть, сделать фото. Непонятно завершил ее или нет. 5. Дорого. Час аренды при прочих минусах к тому же стоит на 150 руб. дороже, чем у похожих сервисов. Меня выручал каршеринг машин Карусели, когда было мало стажа. Но шеринг самокатов откровенно плохой. Я делаю приложения и интерфейсы. У вас просто куча ненужных и непонятных действий! Вы что не можете скопировать у соседей как сделать? Пользовательский опыт плохой во всем: плохо едут самокаты, плохое приложение, дорого, запутанная схема списания денег.
Невозможно авторизоваться. После ввода номера кидает обратно на экран ввода номера.

Супер тема, классный экспириенс, спасибо. Единственное что смущает — что стоимость аренды самоката равна стоимости аренды автомобиля, я про шеринг. Лав
Отвратительная программа, самокаты не работают должным образом (не открываются, не завершается поездка, а деньги списывают ни за что!!!!!) После пояснения проблемы начали игнорировать. Номера поддержки нет!
За 3 попытки поездки ни один самокат не был в рабочем состоянии. В службе поддержки никто не отвечает. Просто украли около 1000 рублей.
