For the past month or so, the app hasn't been locating me properly. Even though my location indicator is positioned ok, the app is somehow trying to find me somewhere in the South Atlantic Ocean. When I manually zoom in to my actual location, everything is working as expected. I'm assuming the same thing is happening with Swarm as well...
Wonderful app, gives info about foods, places, natural areas wherever you travel
Can't add new venues.... I mean, the option is there but nothing saves as you add details, then when completing it doesn't show up at all. The UI is also pretty hopeless, as are the search suggestions. Worst of all is a lot of other apps use this data, so what the hell is the point if you can't update anything.
I've been waiting months for a resolution on my issue. I am no longer able to use the photos, stickers or tagging functions which is incredibly annoying. It auto checks me in and only I can see those check ins. I have tried resetting my account, uninstalling, even creating a new account but nothing worked. I emailed numerous times and no resolution. Useless customer service.
Would not allow me to create an account so I could not use all rhe features. I did try numerous times but gave up in the end.
I've been having a big issue with photos not uploading to my tips and not uploading under the photos area of venues. I have tried several different times tonight and tried various different ways but no success so far. It will even say photo has been uploaded but will not show up even after searching for it several times. ‐------------After looking around some more I figured out that the photos were not uploading because I had not backed them up to my device. It was a very simple thing to do.
