Terrible app, terrible firm, inaccurate reporting, missed my bus
Declines payment
The app come in handy but still a few glitches when trying to contact staff for reporting issues. If you use their service, never ever book a ticket with a transfer. It's very unlikely that you will get to your destination on time so you will miss your connection. This happened to me and they arranged an alternative bus that showed up 3 hours later from a pick up location that was on the other side of the city. Horrible experience and I ended up arriving 6 hours later than planned.

I had a reservation for 9:40am, I was at the stop for 9:15. I seen the bus get off the freeway at Thompson Rd. The Driver did not come to the stop, he or she got back on the freeway. I had to book a flight because I had to get home. I had a family emergency. When I was on the bus last Friday the driver was complaining about stopping for one person. That's their job. If you don't want to pickup people they should find another job. I kept calling until I spoke with someone who refunded my money.
Awkward experience!!! The worst thing is their customer service! The was a delay in international arrival caused by the driver because he was waiting for a passenger on the boarder control and lied us he had problems with documents when the boarder officer told they were not keeping the driver. As a result the bus arrived with many hours of delay and after a curfew. The call center were just cancelling the call after hearing the problem, they didn't even try to resolve it or do smth.
