Love the detail. Issuesn some with the ipad app. 1) It won't load much without wifi. 2) The video playing order is weird. I'm watching a RedSox video, and instead of giving me the next one, it switches over to a video of talking heads on SportsCenter reviewimg some other sport. 3) I have favorite teams and sports, none of which is soccer. But soccer scores appear in my list above/before my favorites. 4)With tennis, I can't directly switch between men's tennis and women's.

App is fine for the most part (it has its flaws), but my main contention is that sometimes I set a final score alert and that alert then disappears and I'm not alerted of the final score.

I only have because it comes with hulu but I love it for watching tennis so I can watch multiple streams. The problem is matches that are in progress I go to on the on the app and I get their espn event about to start loop so I end up having to go into hulu anyway. Basic features like knowing whether sound should come from the TV, bluetooth speaker, or phone seems like a no brainer. Also when I'm casting it's always trying to restart the stream if I don't back out first simply bad.

Why does ESPN plus always have issues on my computer? I have done everything you suggest but it's always lagging and never loads

Ads every single video, which is one thing but being under wifi it still takes minutes to get through a 15 second ad. Then it's the same with the clips you try to watch, I have had the app for years how is it this poorly optimized?

I subscribed and can't get it to activate on the app or on Roku no matter how many times I click exactly what it tells me to click or follow the instructions on their own website. I want my money back right now!
