Reviews for Elevate - Brain Training Games
This is THE app for improving cognitive skills, or at least, preventing a decline. Using diff. learning types (auditory, reading/writing, & visual), you practice: reading, learning, remembering, logical reasoning, paying attn, & math. Workouts are adjusted by your previous results/goals. The exercises are short & you can skip, if so desired. I'm dyscalculic, & since it's rarely discussed or dealt w/ even today in schools - I wanted to wk on it, myself. I'm so grateful I found this app! TY!
This can be hard, in the certain stuff I have to work on but it's definitely worth it! I'm advancing through it for FREE! But why charge for different levels/ games, esp since you do the "free workout of the day" & still unlock levels? 🤔🤷♀️ Still a great app though, deff recommend it for almost any kind of brain trauma/ injuries you're trying to improve on!!
So greatful this app is free, in this time where brain health, and mental health, are crucial. I found all the exercises were helpful and definitely see the improvement. I've been training for about 2 weeks , and day to day there's gradual improvement, but the long-term benefits I'm sure will continue to excel. The brain is a muscle too , you got to train it . I was never a good student but I'm crushing it . Try the app!!
This is a great app! I love how its design approaches the various subjects from a simple standpoint, allowing the user to progress at their own speed. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because, in my opinion, the price for the Lifetime membership is too high - especially in today's economic decline. Honestly, I would've paid $100 for the Lifetime membership, but no more than that. Other than that, the Free version will suffice, so hurry up and download this app TODAY!!! 😏
Fun way to practice mental sharpness. I don't like the color shade progression of the discounting skill practice. Math is hard for me. As the color screen changes it makes me nervous and harder to try to calculate quickly. It would be great to have a couple examples to know what to expect and how to answer various skills. On new skills I eadye seconds trying to figure out what I need to do.
I love membership I like this game so much I pay for it. but I will say some of the time games are too hard for me because I'm visually impaired and they really should make an option where there's a longer time limit for those of us with site issues. the company seems semi-cold to the idea of helping anyone in this area and that's why they gave four stars instead of five
I have used this app for an extended period of time. In the beginning, perhaps it is somewhat beneficial. For the last few months though, I have seen zero improvement. The "games" are tedious and chore-like. After you reach a certain level in the game, it is difficult to focus on completing the games and the fact you set out to beat your own high score seems extremely counterproductive to any kind of useful learning environment. I regret spending the time I have on this.
