Worst booking site ever. Edreams withdrawn 64.99 euro from my bank account after 2 month from my ticket booking. And they did the same with my relative. And we cannot claim them back . Frauddd

We make reservation in covid period,but we can't travel so we are contacting edreams team , They told us that the amount of 50 euros will be cut off and we will be compensated with the rest within two months, and now, after two years, no refund has been made.
