Reviews for Daylio Journal - Mood Tracker
so far I'm really liking this app. I like being able to edit activities & emoticons & not having to write anything if I don't want to. it's also nice being able to set multiple reminders. looking back on the week I can see how my mood shifts, see trends, etc. just a really enjoyable, well-thought-out app.
I've used Daylio on and off for years. There are a ton of features even in the free version to make it customizable for you (adding activities, customizing moods, colors for the app, etc) it's also very low pressure. You can choose to have daylio remind you every day to add an entry or not, with a cute little "how was your day?" Message. Choose a mood, any activities you did that day, write a journal entry if you want, and done. You also get a ton of informational graphs. I love this app!
I've been using this app for a few years now, and the features are fantastic. I feel like daylio is the only app I've paid for features, and ended up feeling that it was worth it. I did lose a bunch of entries when I thought I had things backed up, but, regardless, I love the system and it makes journaling easy with all the little tags, especially when I'm just not in the mood to track much but want to see how I've been doing.
