It is a great way to find side work. However the app does glitch and not send messages immediately. One time I received multiple messages at once and the sender recieve multiples at once also. Both thought the other qas bad at communicating but, it was rhe all having a problem. Hope it gets fixed soon. Found a few work opportunities through here. And it doesn't let me upload a picture. I have tried to download a photo, take a photo of a photo and take a current picture. Nothing worked.

App feels like it was developed by people who don't have children. Filters are very cumbersome for finding someone who matches your schedule. In addition, the quality is really bad for a modern app. Changes to favorites aren't updated until the app is restarted. Notifications for messages sometimes completely fail to appear. For such a simple concept, the app is a cheap mess.

OK. Still pretty buggy. I never get notified about new messages, despite having all my notifications on. The messaging part of the app is still terrible -- it randomly decides to make my message non-text-wrapped while I'm still writing it, so I can't see past a few words. While writing a message that IS text-wrapped, it doesn't even scroll down! Everything below is invisible. And text in sent messages is not selectable. Rookie bugs that shouldn't still be there.

The app is SUPER glitchy - borderline unusable (links don't work, etc). It's also missing key user features that you can access from their website. I'd wager that this is tied to the app not having a feature to collect user input, which indicates they're missing out on a ton of user feedback and not prioritizing backlog to capture fixes that are user priorities. The devsecops team would do well to read "The Phoenix Project". There's no reason fixes/updates should roll out so slowly.

Would give it zero stars if I could. App is incredibly overpriced. Most apps would give you a free trial for however long to use their app and decide whether or not you like it and want to continue your membership. However the free "basic" membership is pointless. What is the point in being able to create an ad to find a babysitter when you cant even read messages you get in response to it? Wouldnt recommend at all. Will be deleting and looking at other ways to find a babysitter.

So many of the workers have questionable profiles. I finally connected with one person and they only wanted to talk off platform and for some reason when I sent my # she wasn't able to contact me. This has been the most difficult experience just trying to find one somewhat legit, reliable Housekeeper. Not understanding how this is even supposed to work really. The app is not very intuitive, slow and I've not found anyone I'd feel comfortable letting in my home. Just extremely disappointed.

The app is fairly user friendly. However, it is very expensive for middle class (or lower) people. At the price most are charging we might as well just pay daycare. It was extremely annoying trying to downgrade or delete the account. I had to upgrade to speak with anyone, then when I discovered people were charging 15/hour (which is fine if you need someone for a night out, but not daily) I had to downgrade the account before I could delete it.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. It is so hard to be on this app without ripping out my hair. I have had to "change" my password 4 different times to the same exact thing just to log in. Then when I finally logged in I would error error error everytime I clicked on anything. They send me emails all day but yet my email won't pop up. I paid for the background check every since then it's been nothing but problems. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

worthless waste of money clumsy app that is hard to use on both ends. Tricks customers and potential employes into wasting your money. Went premium for a couple months and they never could manage to get me to appear as a premium member. Much easier and better sites out there. Junk junk junk. Essentially unless both parties are premium, you cant communicate. Save your time with the "free" membership. Dont bother.

The app is deceiving. Why allow for job postings but only offer to be able to contact someone unless you upgrade to the $39 for unlimited messages? I dont want unlimited messages. The impression is given that you get limited messages if you don't upgrade. Just charge for the service, don't offer something that appears to be the basic service only to find you have to pay for anything useful. There is no basic service.
