I had subscribed this app (only Hyunjin of Stray Kids) so far so good but I think we should get more reward after certain time of subscription. For example: 1. We got the longer text to be sent, the limit is frustrating. 2. For more than 6 months subscription, it is reasonable if we are allowed to send a voice msg or a pic. Only one per 6 months subscription and will be two for 12 months and so on. Thanks 😘

I'm happy talking to Stray Kids, it's nice getting their messages, But there are a lot of bugs. 1. Since the app told me to update, it hasn't been prompted on the app store, and I can't use the app, because it keeps asking me to update it when it says there's not one available? 2. Messages don't send sometimes and by the time you realise the chance is gone. 3. Auto-translatiom PLEASE, having to translate every single message is so much hassle!!!!!!!

I couldn't purchase a ticket it kept saying "cannot purchase due to unknown error". I have tried to log in with different devices but it's all the same. Doesn't the app work worldwide? If not then why am i able to download it?

It is fun but the characters limitations is really upsetting. Sometimes it's not even possible to write a complete sentence because it is so limited.

Updating my review after over a year of use: The addition of another translation option is nice, but neither is accurate most of the time. It was nice when I could use my own translation app via SCREENSHOTS, but you took that away from me (I will be forever salty about that). Thanks for nothing 👍

I cant send a message. Keeps telling me to agree to terms and services which i did already. And the screen that tells me to accept the terms and services, has no place to accept them. Other than that i love the app

The messages are automated because they relate to each other and don't relate to anything you say to them. I got asked by "Lee Know" what I was doing and I was studying so I replied with that and then a few hours later I got a reply about working out just as "Hyunjin" said he was working with Changbin. It's a cool idea for an app but it's obviously not the idols talking to us like they would if we actually texted them and being only limited like 12 characters and 3 sentences is annoying 😑

Weird how I dont receive some of the messages or photos. I only knew that I didn't get them after seeing some posts from online accounts that share bubble translations. Happened to me twice now from different artists.

It's imperative to add a feature so fans can send pics, maybe only on anniversaries and birthdays. I suggest a heart button similar to vlive, but can be click once a day and idols can receive statistics of how many hearts a day they get. It absolutely should be an "i miss you button" that can be clicked once a day beside the 3 texts options. The text limit should be at least same as Twitter for god's sake.

It's just okay. You don't actually chat to the artist personally, you basically receive automated messages.This is honestly a waste of time and money. Not worth it.
