So far so good. The effects are pretty amazing. However, the only issue so far is when making a video running under just one minute, the music stops and restarts. Continuous play throughout without music restarting would be nice. Premium user here, so didn't expect this...

Great service as far as creating goes even paid for it but accessing my projects is like pulling teeth at times. My page just want display them for me to go in and edit or export or anything and that's frustrating. Im paying or paid for something I cant even access. Plus just download but will be deleting the app because originally everything has being done on my laptop but got the app and there is no option to even sign in to access your account unless you pay again like a first time customer.

I just contacted customer support so we'll see what the outcome is. I purchased the yearly subscription, $60 shows on my bank statement, but I'm not given access to any of the "premium" templates. I logged on on my computer for easier editing and my accounts aren't syncing together. All the work I did on my vid and I can't export, share or even download it. I work in social media marketing. These apps are crucial to my work. I'm bummed that the app I paid for is the one giving me problems.

BE CAREFUL!! So I ordered this app yesterday with the understanding that I had the option to pay month to month, a $9 fee. I chose that option as I wouldn't pay $64.04 (that's including tax) for an app I have never tried. Thankfully, Google took care of it. That was very misleading. It appears to be great app overall aside from that hiccup.

kept having issues with exporting, just sat there. I paid for annual and missed many months. Got a response "Boosted web has recently been put on hold and, unfortunately, this means we don't have a team to troubleshoot your issue". He gave me a code to get lifetime access on my PHONE, but the phone one just keeps shutting down and restarting. Also all my projects are gone! In beginning used a few free templates, and was GREAT, so I upgraded to annual premium. Good few months, then cr**!

Uninstalled because why on earth would someone want to only use one image for a video that has transitions. Would definitely be great but 1 image come on. It does not make sense to even have it like that at all. The who point of making a video is to have transitions (slideshow) of different images of your business. You dropped the ball for sure

Found out that even though I canceled in time for me not to be charged $64.94... I was still charged! The content that I thought this whole time was Free, I had actually paid for! I'm sorry, wayyyy too many other apps out there with better quality graphics, music for the cost. I'm so upset that my account was charged for this app. Half of the time the videos don't even download for me to post on Facebook or Instagram. So disappointed. I'm waiting to hear back from them, and my refund.

So I made a video in the free mode. It was ok but not nearly enough editing options. Where my real complaint was with the amount of content for what they're trying to charge. I subscribe to 4-5 video editing apps on Android because they have tons of content and options. I wouldn't pay for this one because they want WAY too much for the limited amount of templates. I'd expect 3 times as many for what they're charging. For my business, there were maybe 2 or 3 templates I'd actually use.
