ORIGINAL COMMENT: Pathetic! I have Premium subscription and the app does not allow me to read/download any of the non free books. It always says You need to buy subscription, or You already have subscription. I tried everything, re l-installing the app, every single point from the help center and it's still the same. EDIT: after a couple of days of help from the support we managed to fix the issues. App is good overall, format of pages is easy reading though might be misleading pages count.

Very sticky scrolling when reading, which can be annoying. When switching to page by page mode, the change of pages is way too sudden. I would have preferred there to be page flipping animation. Otherwise great app that has the best fonts for reading. Kazimir goes into my personal favourites.

I think the app in general is pretty good. However, I like to listen to audiobooks with increased speed, and this app does not remember the speed I have set for a book between listens. It's a minor inconvenience, but it would be really nice if they added that feature. Also, the amount of books could be better, but I guess that is a work in progress 🙂

I love the app. However, I am giving it just two stars until someone helps me out with this: Wouldn't it be nice if we could listen to the books while we read? I am not talking about having audiobooks, because they already exist on the app. I am talking about the reading aloud feature included in Adobe Reader or MS Word. You can read and listen at the same time and even adjust the speed, so you are completely focused on the reading. Just saying...

Great idea, alful execution, whenever I go on a book and tap on one of its tags, i don't get all books with that tag and when I tap on the "books" or "audiobooks" tabs it shows nothing, even tho on "all" it shows a couple. Another thing about it is that it shows many books that are not available for reading nor listening. More than 75% of the books i actually opened and were interested in were unavailable, even tho it said that murliptle people were listening to it at that current time. Yikes

When I slide book list fast, images from previous books appear in new book cards. There should be text while new images is loading, not images from previous books. For developers - you probably use setHasStableIds(true) on RecyclerViewAdapter. Remove it.

I cancelled automatic payments, because I want to check every month if I really need this subscription, but it seems like it doesn't mean anything — I was charged automatically today. And yes, I wanted to prolongate subscription, but I wanted another type of it, so I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed. Also it have some bugs in app (3⭐, ok), but this payment thing is just... It's not even 1⭐

I couldn't find a book I needed, although it appeared and seemed to be there in the library, so I see how confusing it is! and after that I even couldn't delete my account because I saw "access denied"!!! Even though I definitely used a correct password, also if it wasn't correct why doesn't the app use double check for passwords in case to avoid typing a wrong password while registering?! Annoying experience!
