I love it, not sure why rating so low. Very good online support, friendly to drivers with foreign documents, have great coverage in the city. Nice flow from registration through hiring a car to final nitty gritty.

Pure quality of cars themselves. Very rare case if you get clean, not damaged car. Extremely dissatisfied with the case when my wife sit down at the back seat in the evening, and at home we found our big oil spot on her coat. BelkaCar support just waved out this case. 1 star though for the cheapest price in comparison to Yandex and Delimobil

Very bad, they don't let a foreigner with foreign driving license and other passports to be registered... I tried to send a notarized translation but there is no place to send them ! I guess they are racist when they knew that I'm a Jordanian citizen!

So am an African based in Zambia. I downloaded this app and attached all the necessary documents which are authentic and valid. Hours later I receive a message saying my application has been denied due to security check and I have been blocked. My question is what security check? I have been driving for over 10 years and I don't have a criminal record. I feel you should give people exact reasons why their applications were denied so that in future they can correct that anomaly.

Adding to my previously posted review. Support declined my refund request. Doesn't seem they able to refund at all. Again, be careful, very bad client service in case you face issues, think twice before using Belka. Дополняю свой предыдущий отзыв. Поддержка в возврате средств отказала. Не похоже, что они в принципе могут сделать возврат. Еще раз, будьте осторожны, неприемлемое отношение к клиентам, у которых возникли сложности, не связывайтесь с Белкой.

Not for tourists. Do not let use the service unless you are Russian citizen, permanent or temporary resident. Delimobil is more flexible and has better prepared staff for this kind of cases.

Stopped working the app after update. Bug in GPS permissions. I allowed all possible permissions on geolocation settings and it still doesn't work.

My documents were not accepted coz of my registration was about to expire. I extended my registration slip and now i am not able to register for the BelkaCar... I downloaded it so many times but once i enter my phone number it says you are not allowed...! How the hell it can tell me that i am not allowed when i can not register again...??? Why...???
