Installation
When unpacking the archive with the file, you will be prompted to enter a password
- Download the XAPK installation application, e.g, APKPure or File Manager .
- Open the downloaded XAPK installation application and locate the downloaded XAPK file.
- Follow the instructions in the application to install the XAPK file.
- Allow installation from unknown sources: Go to 'Settings' > 'Security' (or 'Biosecurity & Safety') > enable 'Unknown sources' or 'Install from unknown sources' for your browser or file manager. On newer smartphone models, permission is requested when the individual file is installed and no unnecessary steps need to be performed..
- Install the APK file by following the on-screen instructions.
- Restore security settings by disabling permission to install from unknown sources.

This is the best I've tried, and I've tried many. It has all the features of the paid players, only thing it doesn't show is the cover of the books.

Simple, easy, fast.
Does what it says and does not take up too much space. Works well, easy to use, reliable and intuitive. Tried many others, keep coming back to this due to disappointments with other programs. Needs to read some other audiobook formats.
Needs FOLDER (subfolder) VIEW mode, option in settings, instead of dumping numerous into one long list
Player works well for me. The only thing I would like that it doesn't seem to support, is letting android auto, access the program...
Drops book chapters. It goes from chapter 10 to 16 and I'm wondering what just happened in this story? Not sure if my version is corrupted or something.

Useless without basic features being provided by competition. I uninstalled within 3 mins of playing one book.
