Right now, my rating is Angi sucks, their pros are no better. Three tries with getting a Pro has cut up dry. Angi unable to communicate with us and pros of our needs. We spoke to several customer service representatives. We needed 2 toilets removed and replaced with 2 new ones. Angi kept sending different pros and ended up taking $714 + dollars from our checking account from 07/03/23 - 07/06/23. Customer service eventually agreed to reimburse $308.00. We did get 1 toilet replaced on 07/07/23 af

If you download this App they will call you over and over and over and over! Even After you tell them you don't need their services! I'm still getting calls 2x a MONTH

Constant NUSIANCE ADDS! This is an update since the original post in 2020. Although I don't see the horrendous number of adds, the APP itself doesn't work 50% of the time. When it does work..it appears to show/provide "PRO's" that can just as easily be found in the yellow pages and local advertising! It's really just an alternative Phone Book Directory, and 50% of the time the APP indicates that your identity can't be verified or it indicates that "Pro's" are found in the area..then shows NONE.
