Right now, my rating is Angi sucks, their pros are no better. Three tries with getting a Pro has cut up dry. Angi unable to communicate with us and pros of our needs. We spoke to several customer service representatives. We needed 2 toilets removed and replaced with 2 new ones. Angi kept sending different pros and ended up taking $714 + dollars from our checking account from 07/03/23 - 07/06/23. Customer service eventually agreed to reimburse $308.00. We did get 1 toilet replaced on 07/07/23 af

I heard about Angi from television advertised commercials, this is my first time using the app and found out it's much easier to look for good Contractors than on my own. If you download this App they will call you over and over and over and over! Even After you tell them you don't need their services! I'm still getting calls 2x a MONTH

Constant NUSIANCE ADDS! This is an update since the original post in 2020. Although I don't see the horrendous number of adds, the APP itself doesn't work 50% of the time. When it does work..it appears to show/provide "PRO's" that can just as easily be found in the yellow pages and local advertising! It's really just an alternative Phone Book Directory, and 50% of the time the APP indicates that your identity can't be verified or it indicates that "Pro's" are found in the area..then shows NONE.
