An English version is badly needed. Even Alfa Bank in Belarus has an English version of its app. Alfa Bank Russia are pushing a lot of wealthy foreign customers away.

The App itself is good but the biggest problem for a not so good Russian speaking foreigner living in Russia which is it does not have an English interface. In today's interconnected global world, if you don't have an English interface for a mobile banking app, that does not look good all from the customer service point of view.

Huge and heavy app. 300+ MB when installed (Android 7.1, iLA S1). It is extremely slow to start, so Android even thinks it is hanging, but if you wait enough it finally opens up. Anyway I use it occasionally for Fast Payments System, the rest is easier to do via the site.

I like it, but the functions need to get better, for example in transaction history, you can't make resend, you should hit the numbers as like it's the first time. Keep it up and thank you.

Really clean and neat app, works great, one of the best bank apps out there. Also, the credit card policy is pretty clear, there was no surprises that was waiting for me while I used it. It's completely fair and square. Highly recommend.

Excellent app. Like it very much. But developers, please do return beautiful picture during the app startup. Bright red background is really annoying and attracts unwanted attention.

App doesn't function as expected. I can't go further to obtain my physical card. It asks for the card number, and even when I paste the virtual card number, it says "Invalid number". Really disappointed. Checked on Huawei, it works. But not on my phone. Android 7 NRD90M under MIUI 11.0.2

This bank will unilaterally change the terms of contract less than 6 months after you sign the contract. Whatever they promise is free is not, everything has a commission and if it doesn't they'll make it up. Stay away from these scammers.

I'm really disliked this bank because of policy on human rights in Russia. I don't recommend , there are a lot of good banks. Интерфейс приложения ужасный, периодически вылетает.
