Installation
When unpacking the archive with the file, you will be prompted to enter a password

Customer service is only available via email. The chatbot is useless. They held a reservation for me for Cozy Bayview Apts in Seattle for 3 months and then they canceled two days before my arrival about a software transition. I also had emailed the property 2 days prior and they reconfirmed. Disgusting they allow this last minute cancelation without compensation. Just ho-hum! Oh well! Also, the coupons are rarely effective or work ie "3% off" doesnt activate on most properties.
