Used to work wonderfully but lately can't get it to autofill on my tablet nomatter how many times I change the settings. Seems like maybe with one of the more recent OS updates is started messing with the accessibility settings so I will turn on accessibility permissions for 1Password and then it turns off again. Tried switching browsers, no help. Not having autofill makes it very frustrating and closer to useless.

I have loved 1Password since I first used in a few years ago, and highly recommend it for accuracy, ease of use, the auto-fill feature. When I added it to another device, I needed help with syncing to my phone. The customer service is THE BEST! I was amazed at the prompt response, the friendly assistant, the detailed instructions and walking me through each step to success. I recommend 1Password for their customer service as well as for the product itself. Thank you!

I've been using 1Password for almost 15 years. When I first got it, it was the ONLY password manager for MacOS. I love it. Its not just the passwords but the Secure Notes, personal info like Credit Cards auto fill, SSN, etc. EVERYTHING in your life that you want to keep handy yet secure has a place that is easily accessible. The sync between my computer and Android phone is seamless. The only problem I ever have is not with the app but with sites that do not allow pasting passwords - so aggravating. I cannot imagine not having it. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Switched from LastPass and I encourage everyone to do the same. Such a more modern and reliable service. It really shines on the computer. Family vaults are super great. The android app is hit or miss on the autofill which is one area I'm hoping they can continue to improve. Especially now that they are probably getting lots of new paying customers 😁

A solid app for the phone, fingerprint login is nice. I've been using it for over a year now. The desktop app is good as well, however I find myself using the web browser extensions most often and it's incredibly frustrating to have to type your password in every time you close an instance of the browser and reopen it. This is true even if you set it to "never lock" in the settings. This alone is making me want to switch to a different solution now. Otherwise, it's been a good reliable app.

I gave 1P a shot after years of being a paid LP user (thank you for FINALLY supporting hardware keys...it's what pushed me over the edge, along with LP's slow worsening), and it's great! Takes a little getting used to, but it's an upgrade over most people's bad password policies. Yes, it's paid, and yes, it's cloud-based, but the price is worth it, and they seem to take security seriously (the white paper is solid). Plus, you don't need to be always online to access (deal breaker otherwise).

There's no export function in the app. NONE. That's a "feature" only available in the desktop app. I'm literally trying to export my passwords to a different manager because 1Password is so frustrating to use, and the desktop app is the only one of THREE that I don't have. The UI is incredibly unintuitive, requiring way too much time and effort to use even basic functions like moving and copying between vaults. Coders shouldn't be forced to design user interfaces, and this is why.

Simple and Efficient! This is a must for online security risk mitigation and beyond. Personal and business use is suitable. There is a learning curve to familiarize with the interface. Once you get it, you would not want to go back to silly passwords, paper notes or the super no-no of one common password for all accounts.

I have been going through so many password managers, all of them are really amazing, but 1Password comes in top 🥇🏆 with the easy of use, and the speed of sync between all my devices. One of the great features being able to apply a tag to each password to make it easy to look for, and never be worried about securities, your 1Password is protected with Master Password, plus secret key that you only know about it.

I am very pleased with the service as a whole. I love the ability to sync across devices and centralize across all platforms. It is an easy way to manage all my passwords. If I had one ask it would be to keep the password generation standard across all platforms. There are some syntaxes only supported on mobile and not desktop which can be frustrating at times. For instance I cannot generate a number delimited memorable password on desktop but I can on mobile.
