I played this game from its first release this year and last year, the game became very bad. Buying a premium should protect you in many games, but in this game, if you buy premium , all players will attack you every day, and you will lose many resources + The arena system is very bad and it puts you with very strong players + every new update, the game becomes more p2w and difficult

The game itself is very fun, I would recommend it, but the support team is just not helpful at all, it's been 2 days that I've been trying to recover my account and they didn't answer me, they said they were gonna transfer my ticket to te appropriate person to recover my account and it's been more than a day and still nothing had happened, the support team is just awful, not helpful in the slightest
