When I click on a phone number in a web site and select Zadarma to make a call it shows a blank zadarma app background and freezes. And does not allow to make a call. Also when I receive a incoming call and my phone is not connected to my hands free my clients complaining about a big echo on their side. We tested on another phone by installing and setting up on my friends phone and was good. My phone is Samsung S10+

Scammers. Avoid. Not a reliable service and refund process is worst that requesting money back from sammers. AVOID Reply. Very convenient for you. I get for few hours of service that doesn't work 6 euro. The calls and test I made was with your support during the test. SCAMMERS. Google where is players protection. Plus under European law I have 14 days to change my mind as I did not used the service except for test requested from your support.

App does what it supposed to do. The only issue I have is: if I have SIP client running on my desktop computer - then my Android phone doesn't ring for incoming calls. Would be nice, if it would ring on both devices.

I have been using this app for almost a week. Excellent call ratee. No big problems so far from the app. Push notifications are good overall. Sometimes it takes a couple of sec to receive the call but it works. You can send and receive sms without any problem. Satisfied so far. Keep up the good job and please improve the app.

NOT WORKING!!! This app never worked. I tried testing outgoing calls and never got connected even once. Also, a person from canda tried calling the virtual number but also did not even connect. Always says service is not available or unreachable. All settings were set correctly and double checked. Nothing works! Just a waste of money! All you guys TRUST my review. Dont waste time and money on this app like i did!. Also, a company client tried reaching out to my for business, still not working!

Cannot make any outbound calls from the app or on the web. I also do not receive any calls to my number even though I have call forwarding set to my number. Useless. UPDATE: I reached out to support and they closed my ticket without responding to my issue. If I could give a negative review, I would.

When incoming SMS messages have a URL link, it's impossible to click on the link. Long press on message only gives the option to delete, no ability to copy the message and/or forward it elsewhere, where it might be clickable.

Hell no! An app with 2.9 rating asking for a copy of passport?! Don't remember skype asking me for anything! What's next, photo of my credit card front and back? I had to post this bad review as you have wasted my time. Google should look into this as well.
