This is my go to source when I'm planning my weekly meals, having a special event or just craving a treat. It has been very helpful, infact I dont remember the last time that i used google for recipes! I would say that occasionaly it doesnt load properly, or stalls. That could be my phone, Im not sure. However, when the app is fully working, there isnt anything I would change.

This app tailors to both one's cooking level, as well as dietary restrictions. The only thing I don't like: being redirected to a site for the recipe. Developer response: thanks so much for reading. I understand you want to give credit and it's easy to redirect to a site; sometimes there's a ton of text (usually a story with the recipe), a roadblock at best when you're just about to start cooking. A url at the top or bottom of the instructions would suffice.

Better than others but still not great. there are a lot of stupid little quality of life issues, like having to go to another site to get the directions, (and then you have to scroll through 80 pages of bs from some blogger on why the did xyz, before you can actually find the directions) The shopping list is no better or worse than any other cooking app.

The first few months I had this app everything was great. After about 3 months though the app started lagging and taking a while to load. Now, almost 5 months later, the app is freezing when I click or search anything, crashing when I try to go back to the main screen, and taking ages to load. Im not sure what happened but it sucks because this was a great app for the first few months :\

We use this app constantly plan out meals and grocery shopping. The layout is very user friendly and easy to find new recipes and dishes outside of what you might have "cooked" up yourself (bad pun, I know). My only complaint is that the app is CONSTANTLY crashing and having to reset. I can't hardly get through looking at the shopping list without having to force close the app. The app itself is beyond a 5/5, however not being able to use it comfortably is hurting the score.

I've used this app for at least 5 years, and loved it. Over the last 2 months however, accessing directions has been glitchy at best, and recently I get about 10-30 seconds before the page tells me directions are unavailable. It doesn't seem that all users are experiencing this problem, but it's become consistent to my experience and I hope it gets fixed soon because this has always been my go to for finding new fun recipes!! I miss being able to use it.

Losing more stars😳 Most recently the app is stalling or crashing. It takes more time to open the recipes than actual cooking. It's great for changing the portion sizes. Downfall is having to bounce between the adjusted recipes and the blogs the recipes are from. I love having a dislike feature, however, it's marked as "yum" until you move it to the dislike folder. It will still show up as "yum" which can be confusing. Wish you could block out alcohol drinks. There seems to be more each time.

Recipes look and sound amazing. Got all my ingredients, excited about the new dish. Then BOOM "directions are not available" This happened three times. The first time, I already had all the ingredients prepared all over my kitchen. Luckily, that mistake was not repeated. I think the app markers should filter out links to recipes that require a membership to see.
