awesome with selection... awesome pricing... my first order everything matched it's description & fit right. ...One of the items has a little flaw,it would be in the vender's dept. I made my review with that & I'll see what's done. I did look up an item w/best description I could give, (that was bit challenging), but I did find it. I received notice on shipping prob on order, it's written in Chinese (?) & trying to see what has to be done. Love this app!

The automated help needs to go. I can't get the right questions asked and answered. It's difficult to get through to actually TALK TO A PERSON!! It does have great prices, fast shipping (most of the time). Customer service does help fairly quickly to get your refund if anything happens to your order. I like to see the sellers rating. It helps to decide who I can trust to send my items. Overall I really do like WISH, It's fast shopping!

Great way to save money if what I want isn't needed immediately. Has nice products but takes really paying attention to details to find real values. The app does a lot in the background so taking time to go to the app manager on your device and turning off background use and notifications will help maintain normal device operation. The app shows low background use but I'm on a one plus N10 with a great processor my phone tells me wish is draining the battery but the app shows 0% use. Lies.

I love Wish and the app! It's great that they show the directions of how to use the products when clicking through the options and product descriptions. I've shopped Wish for a few years now. The first time ordering clothes didn't go so well, I didn't realize how small the sizing went, but they were very helpful and friendly with exchanging for a better fit. The prices are great!! And now they mail more than 1 item at a time, so shipping prices are better than before.

I have used this app quite a bit and for the most part I love what I have gotten. However you get what you pay for. A couple of down falls I have found is one somethings take much longer to arrive. The second is it is not that easy to get your money back unless it does not show up as stated then your money is refunded. But for things you receive that were not what was shown a little harder to refund. One thing take good pictures for the reviews or for a refund request always save the packaging.

Love the app, but shipping is to much. Should try combining it with purchases. Especially when shipping is more than the item ordered. I look to see if I can find it cheaper elsewhere before I order the item. If you add item with shipping sometimes you can find it elsewhere.

I don't like the shipping price on each individual items even if you ordered 2 of the same thing you still pay for 2 shipping cost.i have recently had to wait extra time to get a refund on several items then I go to look for them again to reorder and price is a lot higher. All in all the customer service is really easy to use after having to wait longer past the due date of the item.

I love this Wish, but unfortunately the app stopped working. For the past 2 months I've been trying to open the app but it just stays thinking and it does not open. I try uninstalling and reinstalling several times and still it does not open. Unfortunately they have lost money because of this issue so I won't be buying with them anymore.

I can't get the app version on my phone to sync with the Wish website on my computer, so I had to create two different wishlists, which is annoying. I tried logging out & uninstall/reinstall app on my phone but didn't work. Also the bait & switch with the prices of the items changing when you click on them is sneaky & bad business.

Downgrading to 1 star. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.Since the new year, I can't login anymore. Just get the spinning wheel no matter how often I try. I order a few times per year and have been overall very happy with the items. Just know that it can take a month or two (or longer)to receive your items. Still isn't working as of 2/24. Spinning wheel. 6/3/22. Now have galaxy 22 ultra. Same problem. Can't log in. Spinning wheel.
