Reviews for TV Time - Track Shows & Movies
Keeping track of shows and movies at its finest! I can keep track of all of my normal TV shows Anime and even movies as well as being notified when they air to make sure I stay on point and for shows I haven't watched in awhile it still stays right there so I can always go back to previous shows and know where to pick it back up at!
Great app. Makes it really easy to keep track of all the shows you are watching across all the platforms that are out there now. Also, makes it easy to remember what episode you are on. It's great to see which shows are upcoming as well. The only thing that could maybe be improved is the suggestion algorithm, although that is a really small complaint, and not exactly what it was built for in the first place.
Couldn't live without this app! Makes all the difference in the world for tracking shows. HOWEVER, my "favorite shows" KEEPS DISAPPEARING. All I see is the "add show" box. I have to click on that, then click on a favorite to remove it, then click it again to add it, and then the shows show up. But, I leave the screen and come back and they're all gone again. (I had to rebuild my favorites list twice.) UPDATE: tech support is aware of this issue and is working on it. TY!
I like some features that this app has but I'm not happy with a few things that keep occurring... 1. I keep getting logged out and then I have to change my password because it tells me I'm already logged in and I'm not. 2. Reminders of shows come and go, this has been a constant issue. 3. I add shows and I don't see them on my list. Very irritated that I keep having these problems hopefully it will be fixed.
This is a good app to see what's on, coming on and what's been on. Weak for suggestions, no way of marking a show to not appear again. Filters are ineffective, showing filtered results in the return. If it did better at these things and suggested with some meaning it would be so much better. Also the fun trivia games are gone.
No new artwork added in the last 2-3 weeks has been appearing, which is particularly frustrating for TV posters. I can see the poster count increase when new ones are added and scroll through the invisible options but none of them will actually load/appear even 2 weeks later, which should be more than enough time to update and display properly.
The app is good for the most part. It does a good job of tracking your shows. I used it for like six months or so, but I couldn't take two things anymore. 1) It's too slow and laggy. 2) The notifications, too many even after turning some off, they got vey annoying.
