Great and excellent app. I've always used it since I went to China. I've booked on it severally. The cancellations, refunds and adjustments are fully served satisfactorily. The management is ever ready to attend to customer concerns and they track problems with booking almost immediately you submit your details. I regret that they no longer cover bookings outside China. In China it's the best application I've found for booking flightso, trains and hotels.

Very easy and fast to use, prices are fine, customer support was super fast in helping me with my queries and I had absolutely no issue with adding my flights to the airline apps (I had Ryanair and EasyJet) as soon as my tickets were issued. Thank you!

Awful app. Everything went well, until you want to pay (in my case, for my hotel booking.) You chose the bank transfer method: You were given a payment code, but you couldn't use it anywhere in the ATM or your m-banking app. There's no explanation on how to use those numbers. Asking the customer support gets you nothing because they don't know either (although they got A+ on effort.) You chose the credit card method: Your bank sent you an OTP, but there was nowhere to put the code in. Uninstall.

A rolling nightmare. offering terms of 1 year to refund a flight cancelled at the last minute whilst I was waiting to Board. No credit given forced to book another flight so paid twice . When I needed to change homecoming flights due to a death in family (details and proof provided) they tried to charge me $2,380 to change the booking. At every touch point they missed their follow ups and I was forced to call. 5 hours + desperately attempting to reorgnise. Feeling exploited and very unhappy.

The worst experience i've ever had!!! I had a flight to gothengerg in 27,5,2022 and 29.5 back Once i arrived there the sent me a cencelation e'mail without giving any reason or alternative flightback!! I was forced to travel 24 hours per flixbus back to berlin! And i've been asking for redund since more 45 days with no response!! They put a number on their website which should be for free in germany After that u got my telefon bill with 40 euro charged! Plus the worst service ever, betrüger!!

1. I didn't receive a booking number for my flight. 2. A different flight wasn't issued and therefore I couldn't add additional baggage. 3. Another flight on which I could add additional baggage.. 3:37pm payment taken 3:46 refund made 7:46 new price given with price increase of 75% How is that "from time to time"? In my view you have sold me a product, taken it away, then offered it to me again at a higher price. incredibly disheartening to me as a customer. Murky business. Unhelpful.

This app will bother you relentlessly & try to get you to rebook your flights a second time. One might find it useful to have one app find flights, hotels, car rentals & excursion activities for you: I find it reductive & overly expensive
