Reviews for Tank Hero - Awesome tank war g
Playing a little bit of the game. It's alot of fun. I like the replayability with levels, so you could just build up your tank from the beginning. Many complain about constant ads, but at least with this, it's your choice to watch or not for extra. I enjoy that more than you need to watch or buy just to advance.
I love the game. BUT, upon reaching level 11 on NORMAL mode, the power ups just stop happening, you cant get any drones or siphon or second wind... Nothing useful and not often enough with the level of difficulty of monsters. In level 10; you all give like three powerups per stage...why the drastic difference??? Please fix this.
I really like the game it is a good way to waist time waiting on my wife when she's shopping or on breaks at work.. the only thing that pisses me off is it will lock up after a ad after you play it for ten or fifteen minutes the adds don't bother me it's you lose what you were watching the add for and it's hard to build your tank and equipment up but I still play it but about done.. Thanks 😊
Review Edited 3/22/21: I've enjoyed the game for the most part but it does become a little grindy around certain levels, I think it first happened somewhere around level 3-5 for me and unless you're willing to spend some IRL money, then you're going to have to patiently grind to get ahead and I mean really severely patiently grind as one of the particular materials needed to upgrade your tank is very insufficiently rewarded. However, if you don't mind splurging some $$$, then it's a fun way to past fun way to pass some time. If you don't mind not completing levels without splurging $$$, then it's still a fun way to pass some time. Just be aware, you're going to hit a wall.
The game is good. Challenging and fun. But it's too many glitches. Especially with the ads. Which are a consistent part of the game. The ads don't work. You don't get what you should using the ads. And some of the rewards won't work either. It's a spin on a genre of games. It's needs lite overhauling. I realize it's pay to win still, but it's a fun time burner. I'd like everything to work as it was intended to tho. The numbers don't add up and that's not cool or fair...
This game is decent. But unfortunately for me, it does not have enough spice to make me more motivated to play it. Like the "charge up" feature where you have to move your tank until the charge is complete and THEN fire the guns full-power is not impressive. Furthermore, I do not like the map size being rather small and tight-quartered (makes becoming surrounded too easy).
We need to rename this from "Tank Hero" to "Ad Hero". After reading other reviews I still gave it a chance for 3 months. I've realized I'm watching more ads in a day then playing the game. The ads for rewards adds little to the progression and I've realized the amount of time I spent watching ads, I could have been playing something else or even going outside, and enjoying real sunlight. Again, too many ads. Watching Ad > GamePlay time.
The game started off fun, but the paywall hits hard after you complete the first five levels or so. Lots more, tougher enemies, and your tank takes much longer to upgrade to be able to deal with them. And the amount of different things to buy, battle passes, elite tokens, chests, etc....just another pay to win game cashing in on gambling addicts.
