Installation
When unpacking the archive with the file, you will be prompted to enter a password

Couldn't even get past the loading screen
Spent 18k gems(roughly $120 worth) and did not get the new item. Support is the worst I've ever encountered and absolutely never get back to you whenever you have an in game issue so I'd suggest avoiding this game at least until they improve.
