Their is an issue for 1 week to connect the server in India. I already paid one month subscription. Till now it's not working properly. Very bad experience. Worst VPN forever and waste of time and money 💰

Great and all, but! Recently, "optimized option" started giving me exit gates in the same country that I am. Yeah, I guess this way actually gives the fastest connection, but isn't it the whole point of vpn to actually have access from a different country? Now I have to choose some contry manually, and whila it isn't a disaster, its dissapointing

It's turning off by itself constantly, that's disturbing. One of the reasons why I have this app is to have the possibility to use Instagram music. And because its turning off by itself I have to uninstall and then again install instagram every time. That's disturbing.

Not working! Change location to Canada, try to update an app based in Canada, message displayed "app not compatible with your country" on Google Play. Try a few times, and it worked finally. I changed it to five stars, but the system still displays as one star.

I had no serious issue with this app last year. I just renew my subscription yesterday, but nothing happened. It kept saying that I'm still free user. I checked on my Google Play, I had already being billed. Already send the email to the surfeasy support as well, but still no response though. Please help.

Since the last update this app has been crashing without notification that it's disconnected. reset my devices to factory settings, clean installed. Notified Surfeasy twice, having noticed the feedback on google play. I give up, also they didn't care that they are being slated for bugs in their app on google play.

Unfortunately, this app started messing up my phone and its ability to connect to the internet. It worked well at first, and then it just started making my phone malfunction. The issues stopped once it was uninstalled. So disappointing!

Almost everything was good in the past two years of my paid subscription. Unfortunately, since the past four to five months, my device was being removed from the VPN service to the extent that I had to reset my password to login to my account on the SurfEasy website to remove my device and then login on the SurfEasy Android app for my device to be registered ~ multiple times. I wrote to their customer care, unfortunately this wasn't or couldn't be resolved and I didn't renew for the third year.

Dont use the app. When I first downloaded it, it wouldnt connect, then I tried it a week or so later and it did work. I then ran out of the 500MB of data they give you so I decided to upgrade to unlimited. I paid the monthly fee of €2.39 which left my bank account and I still havent been upgraded, a week later. I emailed them to ask why and I wasnt given a straight answer. Eventually, I just asked for a refund and ai was told since I had no proof of the upgrade, they couldnt refund me.

Worked awesome for several years, but now is very slow. Called customer service numerous times and no one would answer, so I called Sales and they answered, so I forced them to solve my issues. I have a 50 year unlimited plan (Their first product was an unlimited for life USB key (unsustainable business model)), maybe my version is throttled down, but that does not answer the tech support issues. I have switched to Nordvpn.
