Terrible UX. Who designs this app? Make it more user friendly and stop blocking the App for every little error. It's a waste of time.
very good, and easier to use
Difficult and illogical app. Process doesn't flow and confusing with all the different passwords and pins needed at certain times. Need to go back to the drawing board and learn from efficient banking apps like Commerzbank.
Worst bank and application everytime redirect me to push Tan. Hopefully Deutsch bank has better service.
For non German speakers. App don't have language to choose, your phone must be on English and it translate only 25% and it's bad 🥺😔
