Installation
When unpacking the archive with the file, you will be prompted to enter a password
- Download the XAPK installation application, e.g, APKPure or File Manager .
- Open the downloaded XAPK installation application and locate the downloaded XAPK file.
- Follow the instructions in the application to install the XAPK file.
- Allow installation from unknown sources: Go to 'Settings' > 'Security' (or 'Biosecurity & Safety') > enable 'Unknown sources' or 'Install from unknown sources' for your browser or file manager. On newer smartphone models, permission is requested when the individual file is installed and no unnecessary steps need to be performed..
- Install the APK file by following the on-screen instructions.
- Restore security settings by disabling permission to install from unknown sources.

When that new flashy do-everything notetaker comes along, DO NOT UNINSTALL SIMPLENOTE!! for you will surely want it back! Simple and good at what it does, unbeatable. Cannot fault super-fast help.

I'm satisfied with it, it's truly simple.
Give a 4 star bcoz these weakness: 1. At pc web view cannot have fix panel to show up tag (only by click = button). For a note app, show up tag or category is significant features. And, the tag to show at a page is only 8 tag at 1440x900p monitor. If can, hide the rest of option or put others place. 2. Recently realized it started can search middle of word, as previously only can search starting of a word. Especially useful for chinese character. Well, the best part of this app: instant save
Easily the best note taking app in my opinion, free of all the rubbish that others come with. Simple and clean and easy to use. I would still love if we could pin pictures from our phone's gallery to individual notes. Thanks for the great updates thusfar, guys! Your action from community feedback has been stellar!
The most good looking and intuitive app. All is great but one thing. I wish you added folders to give possibility to organize more. Guess it wouldn't harm the simplicity of the app.
I actually love this app, but when I downloaded it to my new phone, I couldn't remember my password, so I hit the "forgot password ", which took me to a web version of my simplenote where the only option to change the password is to enter my old password, which I don't know. Seems like something y'all should have fixed years ago. Sucks to have to start over
