How to install Platinum OTT Player

Reviews for Platinum OTT Player
App has not worked for about a month. I reached out to the customer service whom was super rude from the start. I only asked for an update when service will be fixed, and rather than give me a response or state since i didn't buy the service directly from them they couldn't help, they said it was ridiculous for me to reach out to them for issues with their service and i should just contact the seller and request a refund.
Since more than one month OTT didn't update the contents of the app either movies or series , what's wrong with the provider?

Yo, what happened with the app when I tried to log in to the app, which says invalid or expired acompte, so please respond to me or do something it been 2 months now
