My divorce was easier to handle. I don't even leave reviews but if you tried to buy this and give your kids a great gift.....use the money on literally anything else this has been the biggest waste of time effort and money I've ever spent, if you can still get a refund go do it, I've spent over two months trying on this stupid thing.

This app is trash, nothing more than a store. You can't see the charge percentage. You can't change the song or volume. It literally does nothing. Sad sad sad. And it's been a year and it was still never added. It's a pointless app.

It's difficult to use. Switch between stories available for the same tonie. You cannot buy several stuff at once. You need to do the same process for each product.

Technisch funktioniert die App für unsere beiden Boxen einwandfrei. Aber wenn man nur Tonies kaufen möchte benötigt man die App nach der Einrichtung eigentlich kaum noch, Tonies bekommt man an jeder Ecke. Daher sehe ich den Fokus der App eher auf dem downloadbaren Content. Leider kann man diesen zum Großteil nicht probehören und kauft die Katze im Sack.

Will not load, cannot use it at all. I'm trying to record a story for my granddaughter and I have to use this app to do it - but it keeps saying that I don't have internet connection. That's crazy! Really, really disappointed and frustrated with this whole thing.

Impossible to set up, waste of time and money. Why does everything need a wifi connection and an account and an app. Just play music for the kids...
