Невозможно изменить "постоянный пароль", присланный взамен забытого. Версия 4.46.1. Служба поддержки оказалась бессильна.
ужс подняли с 200 до 300 рублей в месяц плату за тариф так еще и сами мне платные услуги без моего ведома включают не рекомендую

Из-за частых обновлений я уже просто захожу через браузер. Так что приложение юзлес. А что вы хотите, чтобы люди на последние остатки обнову качали постоянно?
После обновления до версии 4.44 приложение перестало открываться совсем. Черный экран.
Будьте осторожны храня деньги на балансе теле2! Пришло смс, активируйте безлимитный интернет на день в роуминге (я в роуминге в турции). Пополнил счет на 400р. Деньги списались за обычный пакет в россии, которым не могу воспользоватся, так как в роуминге. Обращаюсь в поддержку, так и так. Хотел одно, дали другое. Говорят увы, деньги сгорели. UPD. Написал, как просят ниже, но проблему так и не решили. Сказали: "это стандартный ответ на отзыв.... Возврат не предусмотрен условиями договора. 😔"
