This game is great! It's so fun and you can even play with friends! You can buy different heroes and also get free skins but it takes a while. But I have 1 problem. My problem is that the game always lags except I think I have many storage on my phone maybe that's why and it also says connecting. And whenever I move the controls it also lags. So that's it.

It was quite fun and challenging ,but the matchmaking was a bit off. Though that didn't create to much of an issue when it was constantly improving. The biggest problem for me was that they have a retrieve account function but it won't allow me to get my old account back saying the information I inputted was incorrect when I know it wasn't. I had spent money on the game and forgot to link a third party account so now it's all lost.
stuck on the landing page of the game. and if you try to click on something, it restarts the game until the game hangs and shows only a black screen. have done all the basic troubleshooting you have suggested, I've uninstalled the game and installled it back but after 3 hrs it went back to stuck to the landing page. June 28, 2022 : issue was fix. would be great if match making matches the players hero use to form a team
This app has served me well till now. It doesn't let me change my images anymore and the whole app is glitching. It was fine two days ago, but idk what's wrong today. I have to tap SEVERAL times to get somewhere on the homescreen, and I have to restart the app to send texts. I lag VERY badly with or without speed mode with 6 and 14ms. I've restarted, redownloaded, but nothing works. I even tried contacting customer care but they weren't very helpful. I skip and freeze in game, pls fix. Thank you
UPDATE: My game is no longer bugged and now runs as usual, with only a few skips/freezes for moments, which are nothing compared to the game breaking crashes and black screens during ranked games! Thank you for fixing this, Moonton! I also love the new Marksman's design! UPDATE!: THE BUG IS BACK! THANK YOU! FOR BEING CONSISTENT! CONSISTENTLY GAME BREAKING! THANKS
