Installation
When unpacking the archive with the file, you will be prompted to enter a password
- Download the XAPK installation application, e.g, APKPure or File Manager .
- Open the downloaded XAPK installation application and locate the downloaded XAPK file.
- Follow the instructions in the application to install the XAPK file.
- Allow installation from unknown sources: Go to 'Settings' > 'Security' (or 'Biosecurity & Safety') > enable 'Unknown sources' or 'Install from unknown sources' for your browser or file manager. On newer smartphone models, permission is requested when the individual file is installed and no unnecessary steps need to be performed..
- Install the APK file by following the on-screen instructions.
- Restore security settings by disabling permission to install from unknown sources.

Good app, really good customer support.
Pretty good overall. Been told told a few times by customers that they could barely hear me, but it's rare and it's nice to have my work phone go through my cell phone when I need it.

Works sometimes, nearly never shows who is online, clients hear an echoing feedback, sometimes the buttons to transfer calls stops working.
Having problems starting signed in. iPhone works flawlessly but since moving to Droid it loggs out every night. I tried to email the above address but it bounced back. Any assistance appreciated!
New problem: App cannot use Bluetooth. Call quality has gotten better, but still has problems. Still has issues where I lose my outgoing audio during phone call (other person cannot hear me) and I need to "switch" to my phone's dialer app. Bug still exists of "pulling calls" that were finished minutes ago. Also, when you try to "Report A Problem" within the App, the MaxUC server bounces the call log that THE APP SAVED as Spam, which is a galaxy brain way of avoiding bad call reviews.
This app does not work on my Chromebook. If it's compatible with Android, it should be compatible with Chrome OS.
I haven't even used this app for work yet and it's already been causing issues. I downloaded it just in case I need it, haven't even logged in yet, but at least 5 times a day I get a message saying max uc has quit responding. It shouldn't even be open.
I have to use this app for work but I've been having frequent issues with it. The biggest issue is that when the app running, sometimes my phone will drop service on and off for a period of a few minutes. The service will literally flicker, going between no bars to all bars for a few minutes until I force stop the app.
My carrier uses your app. Upon installing, the app just shows "starting up.." and after thirty minutes nothing changes. Calls will ring through, but the same message remains. Not ready for Prime Time. RE YOU REPLY: I did tell the carrier. Their response: "It works on other phones/computers." I'll find a different carrier.
