Reviews for Mars: Mars
This game is very good and interesting with multiple different environments that you get as you unlock different personas drawn from Uruguay, science, Hollywood, horror, music, etc... The two flaws is the terrain stays manly the same, just the forms change so the game becomes very repetitive. Also, once you have unlocked the different personas there in not much left but to just keep jumping from platform to platform unlocking...again...personas you aleady have. Worth a look though.
I don't often leave Play Store reviews, but this definitely deserves one. I would give 10 stars if I could. The game's graphics are so smooth and calming, and it's a great mindless game when you have either a lot of time or just a few minutes. All ads are optional, which really helps with keeping the mood relaxing. The jumps are just challenging enough to keep you engaged without being infuriating, and the controls are very intuitive. A game that'll always have you coming back for more.
This was a fun and very damn addictive game. What I like is the clean and simple design. I have seen a lot of games with just too much clutter especially when it's intended to. W simple. This game finds that balance. The ads placement are genius and none intrusive and does not take away from the aesthetic which is key when placing ads in a game. Hopefully you have as much fun and laughs as I did.
Fun game with cool design. Appreciate the unobtrusive way ads are done, actually makes me more likely to watch them and support to devs. Would love to see new elements were introduced as you get through the game, to keep things exciting, otherwise I can see it getting old over time. Not a fan of the exponential increase in jump chain length for bonus coins (starts at 6, doubles to 12, doubles to 24, etc; maybe better if it was 6, 8, 12, 16, etc, or something that gets impossible less quickly?) or time for new characters (1 min, 15 min, 1 hr, 4 hr, etc; won't be long before it's impossibly long to get characters, forcing you to spend coins)
The game was enjoyable at first, easy to learn, difficult to master. However it never changes. The only thing you can do is collect characters which are cosmetic only. I played past level 400 hoping something would happen, but found it very repetitive, it might as well be on an infinite loop.
It's OK. I thought maybe I was missing something, but no, doing the same thing over and over again is what this game is. It's cute, nice graphics it just needs more to do. It would be nice if the new characters actually did something sifferent. Some jump higher, some go further left or right, some use less fuel etc... it would also be nice if you could upgrade your guy. Basically it's cute but gets boring fast.
Very meh experience. Jet pack is relatively short, but there are launch tricks to help you gain distance or shed it, that do not consume so much fuel. Relatively frustrating how squishy your character is when landing, could definitely use some tuning there. The art work is nice, however and the different characters bring with them a change of scenery. It is frustrating losing all your progres of launch pads, and not being able to restart further back to gain them back though.
I am on platform 1300+ and have loved every second of it, from the amazing skins which literally change everything, to the simple yet somehow not boring gameplay which is challenging but once you get the hang of it extremely satisfying to do it perfectly. Would 100000% recommend to anyone who cant find a decent game!!! Edit: i forgot, there is also 0 need to spend any money and there are 0 forced ads
It's nice to pick up and go, and a surprisingly good time killer, but a bit frustrating. I'd say there is a bit of a learning curve, since there's a real technique to landing on the platforms, but still fairly simple. The graphics of this game are awesome and remind me of Astroneer, and I always love a nice Low Poly game. I think that some really good music could make this game better, and it's a tad but repetitive, but overall I think this is a keeper!
Love the app imma addict but it becomes stale after a while. The characters and new backgrounds are the only thing that you look forward too. Platforms dont seem to become increasingly more challenging. gameplay itself is redundant. i would love to see different game modes added to this. make the environment dynamic enough to attack you, chase you or enemies that shoot at you to up the ante or something. it would make an already perfect physics game even better to at least have the option
