La experiencia que tuve las primeras veces estuvo tan buena que he recomendado bastante la app a mis amigos y familiares. Sin embargo, la última vez que la usé pedí algo y me cancelaron el pedido ¡pero depués de 1 hora! Y ni siquiera me notificaron; tuve que entrar al pedido para que me llegue el mensaje...
La app bien. Los repartidores, por otro lado, muchos no cumplen protocolos. No tienen vuelto, maleducados, no desinfectan nada, mascarilla mal puesta, etc. Ahí dice que toman la temperatura diariamente y no es cierto, dice que se hacen pruebas todos los meses y muchos no se actualizan desde enero o febrero.
La mayoría de drivers no cumple protocolos, pedí vario de la opción lo que sea y inflaron el precio aparte del 10% y el delivery, no existen ofertas por parte de la app.
