LiveChat for Android is the official Android chat client for website owners. The application is not intended for finding new friends, but for negotiating with potential customers directly through your smartphone. Buyer requests come from all channels - email, built-in chat, social media accounts.

Never ready when you need it.
Owner has this Installed in my headunit being as it runs android. He stays connected and monitors website visitors and is able to never miss an interaction with a customer. He hated the lite version. He's happy with this do not discontinue it I'm positive you still lose his loyalty. Plus he loves explaining to passengers what that "new visitor" or "returning visitor" voice means when it's heard 😇. Keep this going!
Been a user for several years. Definitely worth the subscription price. New lite version is not favorable at all. This is the best one. Keeps me informed in ways I truly appreciate. Customer for life as long as this mobile version continues to perform just as it has been. Using on Note 20 Ultra 5G. Five stars well deserved.

Hardly ever notifies me of incoming and active chats on my Mi A3, which makes the app almost completely useless.

App no longer works on Android Samsung Galaxy S19+. Live Chat just did an update 24 hours ago. After the update, when I click into the app, it makes me log in. I have to try to log in 3 or 4 times before it let's me log in successfully. Then, when I exit the app, it logs me out of the app. Then I have to try to keep logging in. I cannot have this happen as I need to know when someone wants to chat. I can't log in every 30 seconds. I want to stay permanently logged in but the app no longer allows

A great app from a great company! I have used Live Chat for several years, and it really makes a big difference keeping my customers happy. The only problem I have not been able to get the company to fix, is that when I am speaking on the telephone to somebody, and a customer tries to chat with me, the app does not notify me of the waiting chat. Please add an audible alert that I can hear while speaking on the phone in a normal call perhaps something like a call waiting notification.
