I loved this app for my 2-3 year old. Our lives are getting a little bit more busy so I ended up canceling my subscription. I got charged again for the following month, wrote customer support and they did an excellent job thoroughly reading my email to provide great customer service! Awesome job 👏

I have purchased a lot of applications and games and nothing like this app. My first started come with Free trial button and it bring you to VISA card information. So it's not Free trial because they can keep your Credit card while you can't see anything in the application. That's a stupid rediculos programming.

I thought the idea of only have 3 games was a great idea but they Auto play the next one in line, even if it's not what we wanted. And just showing a video uses up one of the 3 options. It should go back to the place where you can pick which one you actually want. I'm aware there's a free version and also an unlimited version.

My toddlers love this app but it is SOOOOOOOOO SLOW! It takes forever for the games to load previews of so they can be selected and even then they have to be tapped repeatedly until it finally starts. I thought it was an issue with our device so we got a brand new tablet and it was slow immediately after installing. Fix the load times for this app because it frustrates my kids into not playing it.

Son fell in love with the game and we didn't mind it as seen the benefits of what he was learning but then hit with the whopper price they expect for unlimited after the weeks trial which we gave in and paid as he really did love it . Then withing 2 days it stopped working and asked us to sign up again even though the payment was taken and we had confirmation emails so now have a very upset toddler , we are down 90e and have no game ! Very unhappy .

Does not have a free version of the app and as my family lives paycheck to paycheck. I really don't enjoy that and made me uninstall quickly. It does offer a MAX 10 min of a "free version" then as soon as it runs out tells you to buy the "Unlimited Version" just frustrating for lower class familys

Poor experience!! My kid just played 5 minutes and now the app is pushing to me to choose a payment plan!! that's totally nuts!!. Please leave more time open to test it, so my kid can love this app, and then buying with confidence for her. I think 1 or 3 days is ok.

way to glitchy for something so expensive. Any other subscription that we have for learning is about 5 to 10 dollars and surprise, they actually work. canceled.
