I ordered one time at McDonald's through Liferando. After one hour I got a call from McDonald's saying that they don't have a driver for my delivery l. So they had to cancel my order. They told me to call Liferando and explain my situation, and McDonald's would confirm my cancelation with Liferando. I tried so many times to call Liferando, but no answer. I send emails and no reply. As a result, I lost 28€ and no food at all!

Damaged meals and Unresponsive help center, you order at your own risk of loosing money food and time. The order was super hot and spilled allover the delivery man's bag. Me and him had slight burns on our hands because of the spilled sauce everywhere. The meal was completely ruined and two dishes out of three were not complete as some of it was spilled in the bag and hence thrown away. And they neglected my complain for 4 days, and then closed the issues completely in their own.

You cannot even filter for restaurants that are open. Happened countless times already where I selected my meal and right at the checkout it tells me "Restaurant is now closed" - Also the prices ... ridiculous

Delivery time is never accurate in both directions. Also ordering stuff became much more expensive and the price was never transparent. Most of the time its easier to order directly from a place if they have a delivery, than overpay 50% to such a mediocre service. The app itself is ok, with some minor bugs, like messages are still showed unread, after reading it. Interface is not bad, but could be improved a bit, like how much time does it take to figure out how to update your preferred location
