Updated my review and now a 5 star, the glitch of songs stopping was definitely fixed. My only suggestion is can we have a rating system on songs instead of do you like this yes or no, some songs I love and want to hear a lot of and some are just ok but I still like them. And some I just don't like at all. I'm not sure how that would work with your algorithm system or how easy or difficult that would be to update, but a suggestion if possible!

I mostly use the app to listen to podcasts that I like. No problems with the app until it started randomly giving me error messages whenever it goes to the next show on my download playlist. It deletes the download and I have to re-download the episodes and sort them in order again which gets frustrating after a few times. Any way to fix this issue?

I love the app, I use it everyday for hours. BUT, it constantly skips if another app refreshes, then it plays Ushers "Yeah" almost every single time. There are maybe 3 songs that rotate everytime there's a skip on the app & it cuts into what I'm currently listening to until the song ends & then it'll bring me to the station I'm listening to. This is incredibly annoying & is the main reason for 2 stars. The app needs more stability & figure out a way to go right back to what I was listening to.

I've had the iHeart app for years with very little issues. I listen daily to a Houston radio station & their talk shows. This past 6 months or so, it's HORRIBLE! It's constantly crashing. It stops or drops & i have to completely close it out & open again. Sometimes, even then the station won't play. I've uninstalled/reinstalled & no better. This has gotten very frustrating! Please FIX THIS!

I first subscribed to this app for the 4.99 package which was unlimited skips and being able to play the hits list and specific songs. Now its just skips and not worth it. The full 9.99 version has all of the features and tbh, not going to upgrade. I liked that there was a cheaper option that had the options I wanted and didnt have playlists or whole album play. Not that those are bad features, but I don't really need it. Don't buy the 4.99 package unless you really only want skips.

Not much to recommend here. Good sound quality and decent selection of podcasts. Constant pop up promotions make easy transitions impossible. Subjected to 6-7 minutes of online ads before one hears programming from live stations. Live station programming is what one expects from corporate radio, bland and unimaginative. Playlists are uninspired and predictable. I use it for the classic AT40 countdowns, but repetitive interview segments, esp. the Elton John segments, have made that tedious.

I was paying for ad free, unlimited skips and the a ility to pick any song and listen to it. I had this subscription for years. Now I just have ad free and unlimited skips. Was never told the subscription was changing, just went to play a song and it told me I need to upgrade. I checked the upgrade and it's $9.99! I just canceled my subscription. Bad decision. I will looking for another music app. You'd think that a company this big made enough money and wouldn't need to screw over loyal customer

I was paying for their plus program because I could replay songs and no ads. Now they took away the ability to play songs. They never warned me and it's impossible to get ahold of support. Edited: They replied to this say email us for help. All I got was an ad of the new Plus features. It's less features for the same price. I'm jumping ship.

I have been subscribed to this app for years paying 4.99 a month. I had upgraded to that package so I could have unlimited skips, replay songs, etc. Now I can't replay songs, can't choose which song I want to listen to, my playlist is on permanent shuffle so can't select a song you want. This is truly ridiculous that you're willing to lose a subscriber you've had for years because you now think I need to "upgrade" my plan for double the money when I already paid for these features.

An app I use daily for my favorite out of town live radio shows. Unfortunately when I navigate out (to another app that uses audio) and back in to the app a short list of "default" songs start automatically playing. When this happens I have to stop the live station and press play again for it to reload the show I was listening to.
