I'm happy with my Sprocket and this app so far. While the editing and quality isn't top notch and the pictures don't always print out the best, you really have to consider what you have here. To be able to print bite size photos on the go is remarkably fun and the editing features such as stickers and frames just add to it's flair. Now, I will say it would be nice if my pictures didn't have a blue tinted finish... and for that I docked a star.

I've had my HP Sprocket (2x3) since January 2017 and I use it throughout the year as I document my experiences and memories in my planner. I love the printer and have had no issues with it. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I would love more stickers in the app to be able to customize my photos. When printing landscape, would be easier to edit that way. I have to turn clip art 90 degrees and look at the picture sideways.

The stickers and options are cute. The main issue I have (and it's a big one of I'm leaving a review in hopes of getting it fixed) is that whenever I'm adding stickers or a border it sometimes closes out and goes back to the original photo. Also once I'm done editing, I tap on the checkmark and when it goes back I always have to do it a second time. the first time never saves for me to print. Also the coloring is off. The pictures come out more blue/green toned and brighter

As a photographer, the details, no matter how subtle are important. The image is exactly what I want when I pack up my camera and go home. I have taken a photo with the intent to use the Sprocket. The cropping and resizing does need work. I like to have total control if I need to resize, and I don't. I want the image I photographed to be what is printed. The Sprocket, especially on landscape orientation, likes to crop the image. It's fine on my camera but not when it gets to the app.

Pairs with my Note 8 over BT but other than that can't do a thing with it. I have tried resetting the printer, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, and everything else I could find that others have tried. I've put 2 hours into trying to get this to work. To frustrating to waste any more time on this, it's getting returned as defective right out of the box. 3 months late with your reply. I received this as a Christmas gift and returned it 3 days later.

Enjoying it even though I feel like the Sprocket's price tag is a bit high. Navigating the photo editing controls wasn't as intuitive as I expected, but I eventually found the crop controls. Colors and detail don't print perfectly, but well enough for the kids to enjoy. Also probably great for scrapbookers. Still more to explore, stop asking me to review the app after my first and second use.

I had this put away for quite awhile. I found it, plugged it in to charge. Connected Bluetooth and was able to print beautiful photos right away. I am pleased with ease of use, great color photos. Small 2x3 pics I think, but great for wallet, small frame space. I think I'm gonna love this little gadget. Thanks HP for continuing to provide great products. I don't know how to share or if you can create albums or collages. Wish I did. I can Google or YouTube for answers. Happy Holidays!!

PRIVACY NOTICE: You are forced to provide information (such as location) just to print a picture. App is jittery when scrolling through pictures (jumps around), colors are off after printing (HP is new to this printing thing I hear), app flow is odd; menu items are not where you'd expect. Unsettling amount of privacy intrusion for just printing a picture. I'll print what I want and uninstall. Overall, this is what I expected of an HP product.

What happened? I've had my Sprocket (2nd Ed.) for two years and never had an issue. I went through 3 other mini printers before this and was super happy with Sprocket. Then functionally and support vanished. The app didn't update, glitchy, no new content/features. Was pretty bummed. Hope this update is just the first of many to keep this device relevant.
