I only use Hopper to book flights now.😊 My sister passed & my mother's dementia have made flying cross country almost every month necessary. The stress has been eased by how easy booking the least expensive flight has been with Hopper 🙏🏽 I can see all available flight on the least expensive days. I purchase trip insurance so flight delays have not only been less stressful, I have received refunds when delayed more than an hour. Hopper matches or beats airline prices & can offer more. Try it❣

Yeah you can get some great deals. But it's impossible to get in touch with support staff unless you have an active trip planned, otherwise you're stuck reading useless unhelpful FAQs. Hopper basically stole $40 from me when I tried to have a flexible ticket refunded, and it has been impossible to get in touch with support due to their broken app. My messages to support do not go through despite having excellent wifi/cell service.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. I used them to book a hotel for a weekend stay & once arriving to said hotel they told me the card information that Hopper had provided kept declining. Mind you I already paid Hopper $580 for the hotel booking in advance. Hopper could not help me after dealing with them for 10 plus hours I finally had to forge out more of my own money to make a separate booking. I never was refunded for the booking I made through them even though it was an error on their end.

We booked a flight via Hopper that we thought was cheap and after a lot of complications, I ended up rejected on the flight, Hopper didn't help. My family went to vacation without me. I had to buy an expensive ticket for myself for the next day to join my family. My family missed their connection flight because of delayed first flight on the way back, Hopper didn't help, we ended up buying more tickets and book a hotel. Our trip's traveling cost doubled, thanks to Hopper. Stay away from Hopper.

I live in Tampa, I was escaping from a hurricane, and when I got to the hotel, Hppper cancelled my reservation for no reason, I had to look for another hotel like crazy, my life was in extremely danger because of their ineffective service, they didn't provided any options for me.
