How to install GOM Player
- Download APK file apps from apkshki.com.
- Locate the downloaded file. You can find it in the system tray or in the 'Download' folder using any file manager.
- If the file downloaded in .bin extension (WebView bug on Android 11), rename it to .apk using any file manager or try downloading the file with another browser like Chrome.
- Start the installation. Click on the downloaded file to start the installation
- Allow installation from unknown sources. If you are installing for the first time GOM Player not from Google Play, go to your device's security settings and allow installation from unknown sources.
- Bypass Google Play protection. If Google Play protection blocks installation of the file, tap 'More Info' → 'Install anyway' → 'OK' to continue..
- Complete the installation: Follow the installer's instructions to complete the installation process.
How to update GOM Player
- Download the new version apps from apkshki.com.
- Locate the downloaded file and click on it to start the installation.
- Install over the old version. There is no need to uninstall the previous version.
- Avoid signature conflicts. If the previous version was not downloaded from apkshki.com, the message 'Application not installed' may appear. In this case uninstall the old version and install the new one.
- Restart annex GOM Player after the update.

Too many ads...
I had decided to keep just one player in my phone, something like an all rounder, I have used Gom since years and recommended people both in my phone and Pc. But the android version is now full of unremovable ads. And the Gom player plus for pc UI design is so bad that it makes the free version look better and user friendly. Don't force me to switch to Pot player in pc and MX player in android.
The options and the design are impressive but it appears to be buggy when you try to change the volume through gestures. It bumps to 150% and becomes too loud. It doesn't match the real media volume of the device.
This is perfect video player app Every features and interfaces very easy to use Double tap to Screenshot ! A flagship feature Please add more features like Screenshot quality and format option!!! Touch to pause/play for read subtitles easily meanwhile don't show media buttons that hide some words of subtitles, Manually play choosed files by select videos, Music play and equalizer ! Waiting to have to these updates
it's slow, with a GUI which is hard for the user to control. you are going for the pulldown menu while watching a movie and it moves the time forward and backward which screws up playback. then a blank screen and it takes like forever to resume playing. i specifically dont like getting distracted while watching a movie.
